This Policy applies to personal data processed by Amtaar about natural persons interacting with the Platform, including prospective and registered investors and site visitors.

- Identity & KYC: full name, national ID/passport, date of birth, address, photos or scans for verification.

- Account & Investment: login credentials, preferences, investment history, payout settings.
- Financial: bank details or wallet identifiers for payouts and settlements.
3.2 Data collected automatically
- Usage & device: IP address, device identifiers, app version, crash logs, pages/screens viewed, timestamps.
- Cookies/SDKs: preference cookies, authentication tokens, analytics events (see Cookies).

- KYC/AML providers and payment partners (to comply with EDPL and applicable AML regulations).

- Create and manage investor accounts; perform KYC/AML verification.
- Facilitate fractional property investments and administer rental payouts.

12. Account & Data Deletion
In accordance with global privacy regulations and Google Play requirements, Amtaar provides a clear and accessible method for users to request the deletion of their account and all associated personal data.
12.1 How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your Amtaar account and associated personal data through the following method:

12.2 What to Include in Your Request
- Your full name.
- The email address or phone number associated with your Amtaar account.
- A clear statement that you are requesting account and data deletion.
12.3 What Happens After You Submit a Request
Once we receive your deletion request:
- We verify your identity to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
- We permanently delete your account and personal data within 7 business days, unless legal obligations require longer retention (e.g., KYC/AML under Egyptian law).
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
12.4 Data That Cannot Be Immediately Deleted
Certain records (such as KYC/AML data, investment records, and financial transactions) may be retained for the legally required period under applicable regulations. These records are securely stored and isolated from active use.
12.5 In-App Deletion
If your version of the Amtaar mobile application includes an in-app “Delete Account” button, you may delete your account directly inside the app from:

13. Children’s Data
Our Platform is intended for adults. As per our investment eligibility criteria, investors must be at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under this age threshold.
14. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely based on automated processing without human involvement.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes indicates acceptance.
